mateo had a blast with his cousins. they went to a little water park which apparently cost a mere 75 cents. it was the perfect place to go on a hot arizona day. after going down a water slide for the first time all by himself he ran straight over to papa and screamed... I LOVE THAT THING!
saturday night everyone got together and celebrated tito mandi's 60th birthday/retirement party.
i heard there was tons of filipino food and lots of fun entertainment. mateo especially liked the part when jasmine showed off her karate skills. he was so amped up that the next day auntie dolly took him to the studio.
it looks like we have some karate classes in our future.
as for me, i had a nice relaxing yet somewhat productive 4 days all to my lonesome. it was grand!
