Just looking at this picture totally brings back all the feelings of how anxious I was to meet him. Now, almost one year later he has become one of the very few true loves of my life. His personality is coming out more and more everyday and it’s amazing to see a little bit of the both of us in him. Although it's sad to think one year has flown by, I'm excited to see how God will continue to mold him in the many years to come.
For the past few days Papa has been in North Carolina on market travel. While he's been gone Little Pop has been on his best behavior. In the mornings he wakes up and feeds himself a bottle while I prepare the rest of his food for the day. As I get ready he sits on a little stool in the bathroom, brushes his teeth, and then keeps me company. At night he's in bed right at 9 and sleeps until the morning. We've had fun all by ourselves but are really happy that Papa comes home today. And he’s bringing visitors with him. Uncle JP and Auntie Owen are coming to play. Yay!

Kuddos to you both for being wonderful parents to Mateo. He seems to be a happy child. Yes.. time has flown by so fast. His childhood memories is a treasure forever. We are anxious to see you all.....Love you.
