oh christmas tree

for eli’s first christmas tree hunt he didn’t do much but hang around in the bjorn. on the other hand, mateo was all over the place happily sloshing around in the mud. luckily, we remembered his rain boots so we let him be.

papa, his little lumberjack, and the hat that's been there since the beginning of this family tradition.



can i just mention mateo's little itty bitty teeth really quick? they remind me of unlce phil's when he was young. so funny!



eli already standing up to big brother. at this point i think he had enough wet slobbery kisses for the day. so, he just said NO! we warn mateo all the time that eli is going to bigger than him someday. he'll learn soon enough.


it's now wednesday and our tree is still standing bare naked in our living room. we haven't had time to decorate and it's gonna have to wait a bit longer cause uncle jj and auntie darcy are coming to town!
