Better luck next year
Today we took Mateo to the Portland Rose Festival. We enjoyed the warmth of the sun while walking through exhibits and pigging out on all sorts of food. But, one thing we couldn't do was ride the rides. Little Pop was just a bit too short :(
He was pretty bummed and it of course made us bummed because we knew he would have had so much fun. We ended up watching the big kids ride and promised we'd be back next year.

now that's a switch...mateo, when your papa was yea' tall, i ended up riding all the rides w/ him and missed all the adult rides at magic mtn.....i babysat him and your auntie ella while your lolo went with the others to the adult rides....surely, next year shld be fun...ner..(more fun!!!)'miss you!
Don't worry Mateo.. if you eat all your food you will grow fast and soon you will enjoy all the rides. Love you.
