An Answered Prayer

Yesterday Mateo had yet another doctor's appointment. We've been back and forth the past couple of months because he's been struggling with ear infections. So, he's used to the whole routine of checking in and waiting patiently for the nurse to call his name.



The most recent ear infection was a really stubborn one. We tried a total of 3 different antibiotics. The doctor said if the last antibiotic didn't work then he was going to refer us to a ear and nose specialist so that Mateo could get surgery. Needless to say, we prayed and prayed and prayed that the last antibiotic would work. Thankfully God answered our prayers. It finally cleared up!

And here he is after we heard the very good news.
