a walk in the park

saturday afternoon we went to washington park and roamed around admiring the fabulous surroundings on the absolutely gorgeous day. the first stop was the rose garden. to our dismay the roses were not quite ready yet so we roamed around some more taking pictures of everything else other than the roses.



look who's in a tree. a really pretty dogwood tree that is.

quick pit stop for eli to refuel.


so of course mateo and lolo busted out the helicopter once again.


and this time it finally made it up in the air! if you look really close you can see it in between the trees.


we can't wait for summer so we can enjoy more gorgeous days in this fabulous park.
